AMRAP 12:
1 shuttles of double-DB overhead farmers carry (35/50 lb) – 1 shuttle = 25 ft. there and back
3 shuttles – running
2/4 – pull-overs/strict chest-to-bar pull-ups

 

Post-workout:
A1. Dowel overhead superman – 10 reps X 3 sets
A2. Hollow rock – 10-15 reps X 3 sets
