Did 10-5-5-8-2 C&J then rowed the 1000m

Did 30 clean and jerk first to see if my time for Grace had improved. Last time I did Grace it was 6:43. This time was 5:50 followed by 4 minutes to row 1000m (transition time was a little slow).

Couldn’t find the sweet spot where the plates fit in between the rafters in our basement.
