Tough one…kept each round the same for totals of:
900 singles
135 side shuffles
90 DPCs w/ 40s

858 total reps. I was at 110 double unders in the first round when the timer stopped (a PR). I should have kept going!


Did yesterdays WOD in Open Gym and posted it there.


Wow, that was a tough one. I didn’t keep exact count so approx 21-25 shuffles, 13-15 cleans @ 22.5# and DU practice per round.
