So Derek P kindly just pointed out that I was actually working at 115#, then 165 then 195. I had no idea. Thought I was at 155, then 185, but nope. He is right. Had 35#s, then added 15’s and 10’s, then added 15’s for final round. Alright then. Thanks Derek!

Started off 4 or 5 touch and go then realized this WOD wasn’t going to be won in the 1st round so I went to singles. Rowed at 1,300 cals/hour

Single and Rowed at 1,300 cals/hour

Singles with an extra breath on the 7th, 8th and 9th reps. Started off rowing at 1,300 cals, then moved to 1,700 cals towards the end.
