Outside at CFC

 A. As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 15 minutes of:

Run 200m
12 Box Jumps – 24”/20”
Run 200m
12 Kettlebell Swings – 1.5/1.0 pood

B. As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 15 minutes of:

12 Burpees
12 KB SDLHP – 1.5/1.0 pood
12 Hands on Box Jump Overs – 24/20”

At Home

C. As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 15 minutes of:

Run 200m
12 Box/Bench Jumps
Run 200m
24 Double Milk Jug Swings

 

D. As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 15 minutes of:

12 Burpees
12 Double Milk Jug
12 Hands on Box/Couch Jump Overs

Coach’s notes:

: Perform AMRAP’s in either order and post rounds and reps complete to comments.

Such a great workout, the hardest workout I’ve done in months. Thanks Josh and Adam for pushing me to the limit today! No idea of rounds/reps but congrats to Josh you killed it and deserve my cardio king title today… I’ll try get it back next time 🙂
