Sooooo wanted to do this one as required!! I actually thought the runs would be the hard part of this wod!
Rounds 1,2,3 as rx’d – ring dips toward end of round 3 “iffy” wasn’t quite locking out arms
Round 4 used purple band for 1/2 of dips
Round 5 as rx’d – dips in 1’s – had to repeat a couple to lock out arms
22:18 I think … may have been 21:?? … can’t remember now

22:54. My runs felt very good. Feeling a little better each time with the Pose running and trying to use it longer during the run.
First two rounds were purble band assisted and the last three were blue band assisted. I wanted to make sure I was getting full extension.
