Complete as many rounds as you can in twenty minutes of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Box Jumps
15 – Dumbbell Hang Clean
Coach’s notes: Guys use 25 lb. dumbbell and gals 15lb. dumbbell for the hang cleans. Box jump is to 20 inches. Post rounds completed to comments.
Yeah you can’t get anywhere on those things. I’ve tried.
Can’t make class tonight so I did this by myself. I am sure I would have done better with some encouragement from Brett or Trevor and the rest of the group.

8 rounds + 5 PU + 2 Box jumps (but felt like 15 rounds)
7 rounds + 5 PU + 10 Box Jumps + 10 Hang Cleans

Shoulder injury so subbed GHD situps for Pullups, increased box jumps to 24″ and 1.5 pood SDHP for hanging squat cleans.
12 rnds + 5 GHD situps + 10 box jumps
Shoulder strain so did 5 kettle-bell swings (1.5 pood) instead of pull-ups and increased box jumps to 24″ instead of 20″
8 rounds + 7 hanging squat cleans….the cleans did not do my shoulders justice…I need to learn when to scale back….
it was actually 8 rounds + 5 KB swings + 10 box jumps and 7 HSC’s
Did 7 rounds plus PU’s, BJ’s and 10 DBHSC’s. Quite intense and sweat producing. The limit seemed to be dictated by being able to hold/grip the dumbells near the end.
Congrats on the kipping pull ups tonight Paige. They were awesome!!!

WOD as Rx’d: 9 rounds + 5 pus and 10 bj’s, 0 hsc’s. Weak link for me was the slow hsc’s! Great work all, that was a tough one!
