1 round for time: 

250 double Unders

75 Single Arm Alternating Dumbbell Snatch

Coach’s notes: Guys use 35 and gals 20 lbs for the snatch.  Remember this is not a power snatch so the catch is full squat.  You can split snatch the catch if this improves your ability to catch low.  Otherwise scale the load.

12:18 with split snatches.

I got a PR for a max set of double-unders at 107. I did feel tired at the time, but I just caught the rope with my toe. For some reason at around 150 my double unders got messed up and I failed 5 sets immediately in a row, but then I got on track again, finishing the double-unders in around 3:30 I believe. Snatches we all split and broken into sets of 10 typically.
