75 Single Arm Alternating Dumbbell Snatch
Coach’s notes: Guys use 35 and gals 20 lbs for the snatch. Remember this is not a power snatch so the catch is full squat. You can split snatch the catch if this improves your ability to catch low. Otherwise scale the load.
