B1.  Unbroken Toes to Bar 10-15 reps x 5 sets, rest 90 seconds

B2.  Unbroken GHD Raise – 10-15 reps x 5 sets, rest 90 seconds

This WOD took forever it seemed…


I actually didn’t even do that WOD. I just held that partial squat the whole time in hopes that I could be in a picture with the team…..SCORE!!

Haha, Blaine that is hilarious!!! Did Bench this morning, worked up to 130×1.
A) 3:14/3:14/3:23/3:23 Found out after the first 2 that I wasn’t running far enough, only went to the green box not past it. Next 2 were legit.

I stopped to tie my shoe in the 3rd round. Felt good to stop so I tied my shoe slowly.
B1: 7/7/7/7/7 my grip was difficult with this one. Had some bad skin tears from yesterday so I gripped with finger tips on left hand only.
B2: 7/6/7/6/8 DJ suggested that I do weighted back extensions. Used 25 lbs.
