I think it went something like:
135/145/155/165(f)x2/155/135×3/155/160/165(f)

I’m still catching the load with my back arched, which worries me a bit at the higher loads. I’m definitely going to practice at low loads to try and retrain my brain again.

105/ 110/ 115/ 120/ 125/ 130 Fx3 just could not get myself under the load

First of all, thanks Michelle, Brett, and Alvaro for helping me forget about the you-know-what for a little while! And thank you Michelle for putting a more positive light on my performance on Monday.

As for the workout:
45 x 2, 65 x 2, 75 x 2, 85 x 1 x 1, 87.5 (after failing twice I got it on the 3rd try)

Something like 95/115/135/155/165/170/175….. failed 2 times at 180
At the end I was doing my “infamous” split jerk.
Thanks Brett and Michelle for the help. We all wanted the 180 done. This is the second time in the last couple of months that I fail at 180. The sad part is that 175 looked easy, but 5 more pounds felt like a million kilos.
Then I went down to 135# and practiced the lift without splitting
