Hang Snatch

Coach’s notes:  For hang snatch guys use 85lbs, gals use 45lbs.  Start the hang snatch just above the knee, but remember to catch in a full squat.  Post time to complete to comments.

I did yesterday’s WOD today. Following Chantal’s idea from yesterday, I did find someone’s else’s body weight – my 10 yr old son to be exact (65#). Anyway, half-way through, I had to scale back to 55#. Still no squats allowed…
