Worked up to 75# on video. Improvement is good and I see what needs to get better.

After my set at 110 Jason recommended I narrow my squat and my grip…. So.much.better. I hate it when Jason is right ?. The fact that I was able to do OHS today, and then get a PR made me pretty happy, nice to be able to do this stuff pain free again.

Well, today was one of those days were i needed someone else to do the lifting for me. Planned to do 225 X 5 for my third set, but went like this instead.

185/205/225X3/225X1, say what!/225X3/225X4, then I gave up. Body seriously felt like I had been hit by a truck, everything was hard, not sure what was up, but today was not as much fun as I usually like to report.

echoing Coach’s thoughts today. Felt like I should have got someone else to be doing the lifting for me.

275 is my current 1RM OHS

Tired to work at 82% the whole way and was smarter with my warm up sets this time around…however.

225×3/225×4/225×3/225×4/225 (finally!!!)

Not too sure what was going on, but on my final set I hit 225 for all 5 reps. I feel like I should be able to hit this weight consistently but like Brett was saying, everything was hard. Thanks for the final push Brett, Cody, and the rest of the CFC Crew that stuck around.
