scaled to 45lb press. in the third round already was already down to sets of 2-3 presses… just took a while to get thru them all!

Better than I expected given how weak my shoulder press is. My second round took about as long as my 6th and 7th, but by the 3rd i was concentrating on keeping my elbows in front of the bar, and that made a huge difference.
