Front Squat – 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2

 

Coach’s notes:  Determine your maximum 2 repetition front squat.  Post weight for all sets to comments.

Well, I did “Helen” instead (why? because I wanted to)…sub’d jumping pu’s, 35# db swings. Total time: 12:18 Then I did another 30 min of the bike & stair master (because I wanted to do that, too).
