Should press, weakness for me for sure, but some amazing tips from coach Todd and Coach Brett.

URBJ – (no u r 🤣) I worked with all heights, as this was not for time, allowed me to slow down and focus….pause at the top, extend hip, flex at the knee, drop, quick rebound, reset.
I really liked this WOD 🥂

A2. 20”/24”/28”/24”/28” – the sets at 28” were a little squatty at times. Struggled with the timing of the rebound when I added the 45# plate to the box.

A2. 20″/20″/24″/24″/30″ for 10, then 24″ for 10).
Great job today on these rebounding jumps today Crew. Awesome to see everyone so explosive and quick off the ground!
