A. Work to a moderate 5 rep sumo deadlift in approximately 12 minutes.

B. Adding one rep each round complete As Many Reps As Possible in 12 minutes of:

Sumo deadlift High Pull – 95#/65#
Burpees over Bar

Post load for SDL and rounds and reps complete for AMRAP to comments.

Didn’t feel like doing anything else so just for fun I attempted a single at 405#. Got it about 6 inches off of the ground but that was it.


Still babying my back, didn’t want to deadlift, so did:

15min AMRAP:
5 strict pull-ups
10 pistols
15 burpee box jump overs

Did 6 full rounds in 15:29. Happy new year y’all!
