15 Front Squat (from floor) 135#/95#

15 Burpees

15 Power Cleans

Did two rounds as Rx’d. 13:41. Really was set on doing three rounds and the first round went pretty quick, but second round was very slow so called it a day, but did one more round of toes to bar practicing kipping. Wish I just decided to do 2 rounds at the beginning and pushed a bit harder. Tough WOD

I found this wod really really hard. Sorry for flipping you off hulk it was a bad moment for giving advice.

16:27 as rx’d (fun wod!)…T2B sooo painful on my poor ‘shredded’ hands….front squats unbroken in rounds 1 and 2, 9 and 6 in round 3…..burpees ok……power cleans ‘drop and go’ each one…..

Front squats really slowed me down. Noticing a nice big tear on my hand early in the second round is never a good thing.

A)Shoulder Press: 65×8,75×8,85×8,90×5,92.5×2 *tried again 92.5×2* couldn’t get 3rd rep
B) Chinups: BWx8,10#x8,15#x6 didn’t go higher cause wanted to do part of wod
(not sure why) only did 2 rounds: 11:07 as rx’d (T2B, front squats unbroken, *slow on 2nd! burpees as always slow, PC’s dropped each time) …ugh, it all felt SLOW today
