Could not make class today, so I did Monday’s 600’s
Adelle: 29:22 with back extensions on the ball.

This WOD just seems down right mean…I hate rowing….

It was a bit of a mess. Had to keep scaling back on the weight (started at 55#) for the push jerk and the rowing machine was exceedingly popular today at the Y.

So was only able to complete 3 out of the 5 sets, timed…3:45/3:43/4:17. At least, I finished the WOD.

Pushed lots of weight overhead the last 2 days so I replaced the push jerks with easier 80lb SDLHP. This also allowed me to set up the weight right next to the rower.

Used a 95lb wide grip, set-weight bar and had to clean it from the ground.

Had to scale to 95lb for the last two. bar and rower not so close. 33:11.

This was tougher than I thought it would be…

Another WOD that reads well but translates into work! Good combination of routines.

3:25; 3:25; 3:55; 3:15; 4:05 – started at 95# then switched to 85# for sets 4 & 5. Note that 135# is my body weight.

Scaled to 32lbs. First and second rounds push-ups from knees, third to fifth rounds had to sub push-ups for sit-ups as I was having problems with my right elbow.
