Pull-ups on the minute

Coach’s notes:  Perform 1 pull-up in the first minute, then 2 in the second minute, 3 in the third and so on until you are unable to complete the required number of pull-ups in the given minute.  Post the number of minutes and partial round to comments.

My legs appreciate the pull-up workout after yesterday’s….

As Rx’d: 12 minutes (rounds) + 10 PU. So close to 13, but just couldn’t clear my chin over the bar anymore.

8 minutes, zero on the ninth minute

Dido on the day off for the legs.

Seemed easy at the beginning. Starting getting tough at 10 and made it to 16.

Made it to 10 and got close to 11. Definitely “speeds up” as you get higher in reps.

Did these as band assisted using the exercise tube. Made it to 7.

Band assisted….finished at 10


Killed previous PR – 9 rds + 6…..12 rds next time

Golfed in Vegas, Won 15 Dollars, Wooo Hooo

the first 2 minutes unassisted, then made use of the green band.
Got to 11.

just about hit 15 with band assist, missed it by a second so put me down as 14

10 flights of stairs up/down
