A) Worked on HSW, about 1 mat worth each round. Tough after the row.
B) 95 cals total, pushups started running out in round 4.

First four intervals:
15 cals on the bike + 3 x 28 ft of handstand walk each round.

Second four intervals:
Push-ups scaled to knees, 10 cals round 1, 12 cals rounds 2-3, and 13 cals round 4.

A. Rows between 1:00 and 1:15 per round. HSW were not happening today. Couple of decent attempts in warmup but couldn’t do them under fatigue.
B. 71 calories total.
