Reverse Tabata

Squat

Coach’s notes:  Perform 20s of work with 10s of rest continuously for 8 sets for each of the 4 exercises.  Post the number of reps for each exercise and the total for all 4 to comments.

I should have switched to knees and jumping sooner but I kept convincing myself I had a few more left in me. I’d be over 300 if I added up all the half push-ups and pull-ups I did.
