Unfortunately I have to miss another class. I really don’t want to spread the nightmare I had to go through. Plus, I am very weak and need to gain energy before I can tackle another workout! Hope you guys have fun. I’ll be thinking about you doing your DU’s! Hopefully see you next week!
I think this was a big improvement for me, although I am still super jumping on the double under and not consecutive YET!
253 doing single, double, single double etc. got better as the rounds went on. this was good practice for me.
opted for this one today as I was avoiding more elbow aggravation.

I’m at the point where I do single/double/single/double. Tonight I discovered I need to hear the rope hitting the floor to keep that rhythm going.
