As Rx’d 6:24. 1st set DU unbroken. 1 Trip in 2nd and 3rd set each.

Colleen – 8:28….rowing was not as efficient as it should be. I agree with Sandee the Bear is the best!!!

7:19 as rx’d, 2nd and 3rd set of DU’s were slow. Thanks Kris, Ryan and Cory for the encouragement and counting. Cory, I agree with Pierre I am fully expecting a sub 6 at least.


I hate all these high expectations!! My goal was sub-6, but I ended up at 6:24.

First two sets of double unders were unbroken, and the rows were 1:34 and 1:42, but the third set of double unders was a disaster. My forearms were fried and I wasn’t keeping my hands close to my side, so the rope wasn’t touching the ground. This round was broken probably 7-8 times. I’ll use the cop out excuse that I forgot to bring my own (slightly longer) rope… 🙂

Just did homework tonight but was able to watch the 6pm class- wow, everyone did amazing most especially Anita and Cory! Holy smoke!! Chelsea your time is super impressive too- way to go!


Great times! Anita way to go!!! and Cory, I know you were aiming sub-6 but still WOW – impressive – Chels you too – everyone!
Really wanted to do yesterday’s WOD! (not that it would have been anywhere near rx’d – but it looked good!) Did strength homework instead.
Still undecided about “FAV” – I dig them all – Katrin, love your comments!

First set of DU’s unbroken, second and third set 30/20 (rested too long between rows and DU’s. Struggled with convincing myself to get started).
First row: 2:11.9, second row: 2:20.1

Rows 1:37.9 and 1:46.6. 2nd row was really eff-hard.
only 1st set DUs unbroken. Not quite a “disaster” but DUs were not my bag tonight.
