it’s official. my deadlift is stagnant. maybe I should do it more.
235# for 3 (my 5RM is, was, 235).
50 strict HSPUs (these felt good so I just kept on going)
60 GHD sit ups
70 pistols
10 mins on bike. chest cold shut me down.

some big lifts at 9 and 10.


Worked up to 205, which is a 42#PR from August last year.
Pleased with this felt good apart from last lift, where I didn’t squeeze my butt quite enough and consequently hyper extended a smidge! (As per Joanne, thank you for letting me know), other then that no rounding of upper back, which is where I usually screw up ?

B) 5 rounds
10 alt DB power snatch 50#

C) started doing deadlift got 2 at 255# when my back gave me a warning so shut it down
D) assault bike sprints 15 on/45 off x 10 86 cal
E) yesterday’s chipper wod 24:48 as rx’d
F) EMOM for 10 min 1 squat clean thruster+1 push jerk used 135# for the first 5 min then 140# for the last 5 min.
