Thanks Deejay for the info – much appreciated and thanks to Caper for the UFA website – looks like the mats will available for pickup on Thursday – one step closer.

75/85/95/105/115/120 (fx2)/120! New PR!
Thanks for the yelling on the last lift, class! 🙂

55/60/65/70/75/80/85…new PR 🙂
No problem, we were happy to do it, Amy. Great lifting today, girls. Thank you, Brett

Just a thought….. OPT had his Big Dawgs post 3 goals for 2010 for their training. Trying to keep them as objective/measurable as possible (ie. weight to lift/time on a wod/accomplish a certain move)
Even if these are just small goals, I think it could have great application to everyone training. Most of us wont post that our goal is to finish top 10 at the games, it may be something simple like getting a handstand pushup, or doing fran as Rxd, or finally getting a double under. Whatever it might be, try and think about this before the new year rolls around. You can post these goals or keep them to yourself, but put them somewhere that you will see and think about them, and then work towards them. Be surprised how fast you improve if you know where you want to go….

60/65/70/75/80/85 x 2/87.5/90/95/100f
First time for this lift. Had no clue where I’d hit my max.
Thanks for the help, Chantal!

85, 95, 105, 115, 125, 130, 135

Amy, Good work on your PR Impressive. 🙂

PR by 10 lbs.
Failed (mentally) on 145. Couldn’t even find the nerve to dip.

55/65/75/85/90/95/100/105/110/115 failed x1
I have a much better idea where to start next time. Should have tried 115 again!

135/155/170/180/190/200 PR

95/105/115/125/135/145/150/155 failed x2

65/75/85/90/95/100/105/110 failed 1x
PR by 13#

Neil – did multiple reps till 115 trying to get foot position more solid, needs more work, at higher loads the split disapears and an ugly push jerk emerges. Did ones from 115 to 145 by 10# then 150 then fail at 155, been stuck here forever so…

Taylor good advise re the goals I will think about that and post… used to have goals like kick Alvaro’s ass – need to get back to that….

Brett thanks for the advise on the arm positioning I think that feels much more solid but still pushing up and out front at higher loads and like Jeff not mentally getting under the load….. kind of a split jerk bunny hop…

I dont like setting number goals but for performance, the real only goal is i want to improve myself as much as i can,be the best night in and night out, maybe in a couple years compete at the games ,and if i decide to join the army i want to be the most fit guy there

PR 125

Almost!!! next time

Neil you can beat me anytime!!! Cory you CANNOT!!!!
Those are my goals for 2010

Tried to focus on form. Need more flexibility in the wrists to get the grip correct.
3@100, 3@105, 3@115, 2@125, 2@135, 1@145
