Might have made the weight a little light for guys…time will tell.

Decided to morph the last two WOD’s into one, with some modifications…
100 Forward Lunges/20 Push-ups/20 Sit-ups
80 Forward Lunges/40 Push-ups/40 Sit-ups
60 Forward Lunges/60 Push-ups/60 Sit-ups

Clocked in at 13:52, carpet burn and all.
