A) Did 150 back squats at 135#
9:11 legs feel like jello now
B) Tabata 20sec on 10sec off 8 rounds of each
Handstand Pushups= 44reps
Kettlebell Swings 40#= 77reps
Sit Ups= 110reps
Trained with my brother in his basement. EMOM for 10 minutes 16 kb swings at 2.0 pood. Next time will try for 17/ round.
Put the kids on the Sled (105#) and dragged them around the pathway system in Panorama Hills. I didn’t realize how hilly my ‘hood is. Approx 1 hr. Kids had a blast, Dad got his sweat on…Wife questions my definition of ‘rest day’.
