B. Just when I thought my skipping couldn’t get worse, it got worse. Could hardly string five double unders together today.

Double unders are getting better when relaxed. Was working on them when heart rate is up as then my arms raise. Need to stay relaxed and keep arms down!

A) 9:57, HSPUs Rx’d, scaled GHDs to 15/round so I can get out of bed the rest of the week.

Today was an awesome workout for me, and it’s all because I “SCALED IT TO NAIL IT!”

During the handstand push-ups in round three the later 5 push-up we become slow and struggle and I failed the last two. To ensure I was still experiencing the expected outcome of the workout I transitioned to 5 Strict Handstand Push-ups Rx’d and 5 Strict Pike Push-ups using a box. As a result, I was able to continue to push myself and develop my strength upside down and complete the reps efficiently.

The GHD was a fun experience as Derek M. stood in the rig for me to stop it from moving. We got really close during each round.

8:36, GHD sit-ups and maintaining a stable midline, the limiters in this one for me. Tough couplet.
