8 rounds RX’d
Haven’t done many shoulder intense rx’d WODs in over a year, due to my bad wing. First time doing this one rx’d for that same reason.
It actually felt ok and held up pretty well. Really forced me to have an aggressive hip drive across all movements, which is really what we should all be doing anyway.
MUs all singles with 2 failed reps.
HSPU unbroken until the last round where I did four quick singles.
KBs unbroken. Controlled the 2pd better than usual.
