4 minute KB swings

4 minute shoulder press

4 minute box jumps

Coach’s notes:  Post reps for each exercise and total to comments.  Guys use 1.5 pood and gals use 1 pood for the swings, 65 lbs and 45 lbs for the shoulder press and 24″ and 18″ for the box jumps.
