Finished at 33:07. Accidently did one rest at 1:30 instead of 2:00 so TWT about ~15:37. First few were around 1:30s, most were around 1:34/1:35.

Best (fastest) run I’ve had in two years. I have a lot to learn.


Ran 7 rounds before knee/IT band/soul started to hurt.
