Option A. Sectional WOD #3
AMRAP in 5 minutes:
Clean and Jerk – 165#/110#
Option B. Clean and Jerk on the minute for 5 minutes
Coach’s notes: For option B, determine for yourself how many reps you think you can or would like to achieve. Divide this number by 5 and then try completing this number of reps each minute. For example, if you think you can do 25 reps in the 5 minutes, try completing 5 reps each minute. Once you are done the 5 reps in the first minute, rest until the start of the second minute, and so on. Post option chosen and reps completed to comments.
