I’ve got killer abdominal DOMS leftover from Friday-Sunday WODS.
I think deadlifts might be rather painful.
112lbs, 132lbs, 152, 162, 172, 177, only did 6, my back was starting to round.
110, 130, 140, 150, 160, 175
Probably had another 10 or so lbs. left in me.
