CFC Kids

As many rounds in twenty minutes:

5 Pull Ups

10 Push Ups

15 DB Push Press

Coach’s notes:  Guys use 30 lbs and gals use 20 lbs for the push press.  Post rounds completed to comments.

First rd – 30 lbs. After that – 25 lbs.
8 +5+2


Subbed 50lb dumbbell rows for the pullups
8 rounds + 5


As RX’d 8 rounds plus 5 pull ups and 6 push ups


Assisted green band pull-ups, “girl” push-ups, 20# pp
9 rounds + 5 push ups.


10 rounds as rx’d


5 dead lifts at 152lb (=bwt)
10 push ups
15 DB push press 25lb.
12 rounds + 5 DL


7 rounds. Used 15 db’s for pp and assisted pull up machine


8 rounds
+5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 9 push press


26 lb DB (max at home)

10 rounds even.
