B1 – 5X5 dips (did 5 single bar, 5 ring, 5 Bulgarian ring, 5 Bulgarian ring, 5 single bar wide)
B2 – 5X5 strict pull-ups (did 5 L, 5 wide, 5 L, 5 wide, 5 L)

WOD: 22:10
Squats faded by round 2
Runs started sloppy for first 50 m then got better.
Had lots of jam for the runs because squats were so slow.
