Tried out an open grip today which is really awkward for me but should help in the long run.

Spent about 20 minutes doing a few singles at 225 and then decided to keep going.
245/265/280 (5# PR)
Much better drive and getting under the bar. Need to work on front foot placement.

Not a PR, but still pretty happy, as it felt good. Haven’t done much weight overhead lately, feel like I might be starting to move in the right direction once again.

At work. Up to 95. Failed 100…sloppy…too lazy to pick up the bar and try again and no coach to guilt me.
