13 rounds Rx (at 35:06). 20# wallball for running and WBs. All movements unbroken except for my shaky pistols. I was happy to stay Rx on the pistols considering I couldn’t imagine how humans were capable of doing one-legged squats when I first joined CrossFit.

Great job 9am. What a gorgeous day to run outside.

I actually don’t know. I think I was either in the run of the 13th round or the 15th round. I’m not sure. I thought it was 13th, some others were trying to say I had to be in the 15th. 🤷 Either way, finished the run of an odd number round (without the ball) at 35:04 on the clock. All rxd, 20# WB for runs.

T2B were kipping working on technique and not looking like a wet noodle on the bar. Managed to link 1 or 2 each round which is good progress.
Pistals were to a 20 in box.

Will have to wait for Ragnar to post as I just followed him all WOD. Gave up trying to keep track at about round 5. I think I finished just a few steps (about 100m with med ball last trot) further at the end in what ever round we were in????

Really pushed this one. Unbroken T2B, unbroken pistols (had to use a band for my left leg cause of residual broken foot problems), unbroken wall balls, and semi fast runs.

Did Pistols off a 2.5# plate
11 rounds even

Rest 30 minutes

12.2 in 2012: 26 at 135# (56 total – 409th CanWest then)
12.2 in 2019: 2 at 165# (62 total – would have been good for 161st in CanWest in 2012)

I’ll take it right after that aerobic warmup.

17 or 19 rounds (I lost track at round 12 with 15 mins left). I’m not going to lie, I was honestly crying at the end of this one.

All the T2B, pistols and WB were unbroken. I tried to make the runs uncomfortable 😣.

The wod this morning killed me… I did my first warmup snatch and I thought to myself, “I’m in trouble”. I should have broken up the 75# snatchie in 10-10-10 not 15-15. Some of my 135 were not pretty. But the 165# I hit felt really good.
