10 Med Ball Cleans

15 KB Swings

 

Coach’s notes:  Guys use 20# for cleans, gals 14# and 1.5 pood and 1.0 pood respectively for KB swings.  Post rounds completed to comments.

5 min row for calories – 53
4 min DB Thrusters – I used #15 – 54
3 min Chin ups – with blue band 24
2 min ring push-ups (mine from knees) – 24
1 min GHD situps 16
Total = 171
Memories of another row followed by thrusters – wicked.
