did 55lbs for my thrusters

had to do bench dips as I had worked out the dips yesterday quite hard.

Sorry guys and gals, I tweaked this one from last night.

Lunch time: Day 6 of my 1 x 20 reps back squat experiment.
Today 182lbx20 attempt. Failed at 17. Next time 182lb again.

thrusters at 65 lbs and ring dips were ring “lowers”

used 52lbs and had to do bench dips, probably should have used more weight, but don’t know if my wrists could have taken it… 10:23

95 lb Thruster & subbed bar dips at 3:1

Had to scale back to 65 lb and bar dips at 2:1 after round one.
