HSPUs kipping, felt really good, all the technique work with Ragnar is paying off!

135/155…..155 – planned to increase a few more times but then decided 155# felt about right.
HSPU rx’d – these were good until round 7&8 and then was down to 2’s.
Runs were ok.

I did my last 4 rounds at 95# which felt heavy and they needed to be broken up into 3 + 3
I did the HSPU rx and rounds 4,5,6 they were really hard and all over the place but I managed to recover and do 4+4+4 for round 7 and 8


28:25 total time. Felt really good for first 4 rounds or so, held a consistent pace, then things really started to compound for me. I decided to scale the HSPU to 8/round with a single ab mat. Was able to go unbroken until round 5ish, then had to do 5/3 type of a thing. Ended up going back down on the barbell as well, wanted to try push the weight because I was scaling the HSPU, but like I said, just really started to add up. Loading was 115/125/135/145/155/135/135/135. Nice work 6pm. Awesome coaching Zaakk!!
