Just started crossfit last week. Damn. 18 minutes for 13 reps on the last minute. Damn.

Supposed to be my day off but I’ve never done this WOD before and it looked fun.

Pushups: 20 / 23 / 20 / 20 / 17 / 16

Legs were tired and chickened out on pushing harder with the darn push ups!

Victoria half marathon coming up this weekend…I am ‘tapering’… darn. I like this work out 🙂
