14:05 – Everything RX except I did lunges instead of squats to keep the pressure off my low back. I love gymnastics workouts!

Happy with how my shoulders were able to manage this volume today. Stayed cautious but felt really strong to the end. Took 3 small breaks (5s) in the 3min hold, did the 50m as 50ft/50ft/50ft/15ft, broke HSPU’s into 12/10/8.
11:02.

These are the WODs I need. I really enjoyed the competing with Erica H for MY wall space the entire time.

I’m pleased my shoulders held out for more than a min the the first couple of attempts, then took two rests to finish the last min.

I forgot to do shoulder touches. I did walk walks x 10

I did handstand push-ups off my knees on a med height bench/stool. I started exploring how to do handstand push-ups off the wall. It’s time I started my journey doing these. Ugly today, to get to a beautiful tomorrow.

I’m still learning how to master air squats past 50 reps.

Thanks Shannon!

17:17 with lots of scales. Body still sore for the a tough week of WODs so just came in tonight to move.
Handstand hold – think it took me about 5:30 to accumulate 3:00 of holds.
Did the first 100 squats but then subbed sit-ups for the second set as I know how my quads and glutes felt last week after all of the squatting.
Handstand walks – 3:00 or so of attempts and accumulated about zero feet of walking. Just wasn’t happening tonight.
HSPU – first 20 rx’d. Final 10 to an abmat. Amazing what shortening the range of motion ever so slightly does.
Not my best performance, but still better than sitting at home on my ass.

17 min or so.
A few sets on HS hold, did 15 HS walks into wall, push ups kipping.
Thanks Syd!
