As many rounds in 20 minutes:
10 Kettlebell swings
10 jumping pull-ups
Coach’s notes: Suggested weight for the Kettlebell is 35lbs. for gals and 55 lbs. for guys or scale as required. For the jumping pull-ups, set your height from the bar so that your wrists are just above the bar when you are fully extended.
