15 burpees over the rower
Max-cal row
– Rest 2:00 between rounds.

 

Post-workout
5 sets for load:
5 strict weighted pull-ups
– Pause with your chin over the bar for :01.

Post cals per round and total to comments, plus weight for pull-ups.

Third round might have been 18 or 17 but Inthink I held it at 19 for first three rounds.

Fun having Carson and DJ going full send beside me.


117 total cals. Held 20 cals per round until the last 2. I have 10 good burpees worth of capacity, the last 5 each round were not my friend.
