1 mile bike
30 wallballs (guys 20lbs, gals 12 lbs)
30 pull-ups
30 box jumps (24″ or scale as required)
30 GHD sit-ups (substitute regular sit-ups if you do not have a GHD)
30 double unders
30 push-ups

Sub’d jumping pu’s & tuck jumps with skipping instead of double unders…otherwise did everything as required. Total time was 13:17.
Finished with 15 min power walk on treadmill w/ hill training.
