A. Worked up to 415
B. Worked up to 225
Thanks OG

A. I decided to do a 5 rep/5 set DL. I used 80% of my 1 rm. I used 200#. The 5th set was slow. I took a number of breaths at the top of each rep and tried to keep my form.

B. I did wall walks instead of BP. For some reason I thought it would be fun to do 2 ww EMOM. I made it to 3 minutes (2 ww take me 28 sec.) Then I took a few minutes rest and did 1ww every minute for 4 min. Although I have a mat on my basement floor I didn’t want to know what a failed ww would feel like. So I stopped here.

A. Worked up to 265, this is a 15 lb RM. Happy with that.
B. Worked up to 145. Not sure what my RM is as I’ve not done BP for a while.
Great job 9 am’ers!
Thanks Michelle!

A: worked up to 205, 15lbs short of my 1RM, but first time I have really had to test how my right hamstring/glute is firing……..though not 100% it is better than I thought……..so pleased with this
B: up to 95, which is my 1 RM, tried 97.5…….left arm more than willing, right arm not so much!

Thanks Michelle

Haven’t tested bench in awhile. Got first part of 265 but couldn’t grind it out.

A good day at the weight buffet.
Fun times lifting with the large group at 5.

Thanks Jay!

A. Worked up to 510 lbs.
B. Worked up to 275 lbs.

A. 280
B. 160
Neither are PRs, however, really haven’t been able to lift heavy in months so the fact that I hit these numbers today makes me pretty happy!
Thanks Jason!

B.93 not a pr

A. 265#
B. 105# PR by 20# so happy about that. Thanks, jay and thanks ken for helping with my handstand push-ups!

This hurt after Sunday’s TT strength, in hindsight I really should have done that ice bath Jason recommended.

A) up to 451.5 (95%)
B) up to 280 (98%)

Thanks Jason.

worked in with the guys in the 5pm class
Gregger, Derek S, Mark A, Cody, Blaine, Peder, Mat — all moving some big weight today

A) 445/465/485/510/525 (PR)
B) 225/235/245/265/275(f)/270/275 (PR)

525 is 100.05% of my 1RM but i’ll take it. 5lb PR is still a PR. Next time I’ll take out a calculator and actually figure out what my 102% should be before i lift. 525 felt slow, so not too sure if I would have gotten 530 (102%).

Don’t really test or train my bench press very often. 275 is a 15lb PR. really had to focus on my shoulders as i’m still dealing with some shoulder injuries. Missed my initial attepmpt at 275, dropped it back to 270 and felt fast and strong so tried 275 again and it went up pretty decently. Thanks for the extra push Derek and Juli.

Awesome lifting group today. Welcome to 500 Greg!!

Thanks Jay.

Hit 505, dropped the mike and walked.
245 bench.
