*only got three reps at 405# and had to do them more like singles.

Up to 200#. Stopped there as form was starting to suffer.

No sumo after Sunday cluster(fuk) sumo deads.
Jason gave me:
4 rounds:
500m Ski
2 rope climbs
20 Burpees to 6″ target

Round time/Ski split:
4:22/1:59
5:19/2:12
6:36/2:29
5:54/2:40

Almost fell off rope in round 3. Arms don’t work after Ski. Burpees are death.
Good sweat! Thanks Jay and Ken.


Up to 245 today…
Heavier is possible, wieght was still moving fast. Stopped here as I was playing with different grips in an attempt to start fixing imbalances…
