Leg less rope climbs to half way (between 5-7 pulls….last round 3-4 pulls)
Hands/grip hurt.
Thanks Michelle!
Thanks for singing with me Chelsea…..”Don’t stop believing!”?

6 rounds, 1 pood KB, all unbroken. Rope climbs were all about 3 attempts to half way up, except the last one. Just jumped and pulled myself up with 3 seconds left.
Thanks Michelle!

1 pood to at least above eye height.
First climb – 80% legless/20% legfull, last climb – 100% legfull

3 full rounds + 15 left arm KBS

4 rounds (I think?) maybe 5. I should’ve used the chips for counting.
.7pood for single arm KBS
5 rope pull-ups in place of 1 legless rope climb. These got hard after the first two rounds so switched to 3 rope pulls/rnd for 1 round then back to pull ups.

3 rounds
scaled rope climbs to 4 rope pullups
KB snatches for all rounds 1.25pd for the first round and 1.5 for the second and third.

went fairly paced on this one being worried about my shoulder, felt it flare up a couple of times but felt pretty good for the most part.

Thanks Jason and Audra!

~4.5 rounds (completed left arm KBS, rope PUs and 9 right arm KBS)
Used 0.7pd for KBS
Did 4 ‘kipping rope PUs’ instead of legless rope climbs

Thanks Jason and Audra!
