116 total but didn’t note down the splits. 20# WB and med ball cleans, ring dips were unassisted but in singles (about 5-6 per round). Rope climbs were 2/3/3.

Pretty unhappy with this one. Wound up 29-38 reps less than I had planned because the body just plain gave out again. Of course eating a wall ball in the second round didn’t help either.
