A) yesterday’s wod as rx’d 9:42 hands were too wide apart on the first few HSPUs.
B) 1 squat clean every 45sec for 15min 145# for 5 rounds then 155# for 15 rounds
C) assault bike reverse tabata for 10 rounds 55cal

Really wanted to focus on technique…some good things today and some bad things today.
shoulder feels alright for the time being
existing problem: humping the bar…i feel like this has corrected itself a little bit but it’s still there when it gets to the heavier weights.
worked up to 185 for the complex with multiple sets at 95/135/155/165

Got up to 145 (PJ was OK but needed two attempts at SJ). Core was getting sloppy so…
Did HC and Sq at 155.
Did 135 again to finish with good form.

Up to 235 before anything resembling technique was all but gone. Plenty strong but need to get my upper body mobility/bracing figured out.

Last full complex 105#, got the clean and front squat with 110#.
I could clean all day, those pesky push jerks limit me…..probably the hardest lift for me.
I do love a complex though, thanks Michelle and Josh!

Did strength homework backsquat 92/95/95% ended there. Then did the Liftoff – 12min amrap 3 snatch, 6 c&j, 9 pull-ups 54 DU’s Scaled to 55# – 215 reps. Thanks Jay don’t believe the crazy talk midway!!
